  • Players/Users: Individuals using the App for personal development through journaling, logging progress, and managing IDPs.
  • Coaches/Mentors: Professionals using the App to manage their own development and support players.

  • Profile picture, where provided
  • User type, such as player or coach

B. Content You Create

  • IDP goals and progress

  • Video logs, where recorded
  • CV or résumé uploads
  • Coaching notes, where applicable

C. Interaction Data

  • Coach-player connections
  • Shared development plans
  • Messaging and notes between connected users

D. Usage Data

  • Log-in times and session durations
  • Feature usage and activity logs

5. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with:

  • Other users, such as coaches or players: Only when you explicitly connect or share data.
  • Service providers: Hosting, analytics, and cloud storage providers who help operate the App under data processing agreements.
  • Legal authorities: Where required to comply with legal obligations.

6. Data Sharing Between Players and Coaches

You control who can access your personal development data. Coaches cannot see any part of your profile, journals, or IDP unless you:

  • Invite them
  • Accept a request from them
  • Grant access via sharing permissions

You can revoke access at any time via your privacy settings.

7. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored securely in servers located in:

  • The United Kingdom; and/or
  • The European Economic Area (EEA)

All data transfers comply with UK GDPR requirements, including use of Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to:

  • Provide the services you have signed up for
  • Comply with legal or regulatory obligations
  • Support your ability to export or manage your own data

When your account is deleted, we securely erase or anonymise personal data within 30 days, except where legally required to retain it.

11. Children’s Data

This App is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has registered, please contact us for immediate removal.

12. Third-Party Services

If the App links to external services, such as video storage or CV parsing tools, your use of those services is governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how third parties process your data.

13. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the App or by email. The latest version will always be available in the App and on our website.
